We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in need of occupational therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Create individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients fine motor skills, coordination, and independence
- Train patients in using adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their daily functioning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to promote independence and improve quality of life
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in occupational therapy through continuing education
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
- Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about improving the lives of patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Assignments Location: Jesup, GA
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Pay Rate: $1,056@24hrs/week
Length of assignments: 13 Weeks
Hours per week: 24hrs
Stipend: Up to $800/Week
Sign on Bonus: $200 One time on 2nd or 3rd paycheck
Certificate Required: NBCOT
Housing Assistant: Provided
